Returns based on change of mind, dislike of the product, or similar non-issue reasons.
Return / Exchange Procedure

Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue.
If approved, you will ship the item back to the return address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After inspection, we will issue either:
A refund (excluding original shipping costs), or
An exchange item of equal value, depending on availability.
Items failing inspection due to use, damage, or missing components will not be accepted
